Pradnya Waghmare is a visionary leader and a driving force for social transformation at Trisharan Enlightenment Foundation. With a strong educational foundation in social work, she holds a Master's degree in Social Work, which has equipped her with the knowledge, skills, and passion to create lasting social change. Her expertise lies in identifying and addressing the root causes of social and environmental issues, rather than just treating their symptoms.
As Chief Project Director of the Samtadoot Cell, she has complete control and command over 390 Samtadoots (field operatives) and 52 officers and staff. The field operatives work at Taluka level all over Maharashtra state. She has designed and executed several pioneering projects in Maharashtra.
