As Chief Project Director of the Samtadoot Cell, she has complete control and command over 390 Samtadoots (field operatives) and 52 officers and staff. The field operatives work at Taluka level all over Maharashtra state. The work involves reaching out to the grassroot level of the populace. She has designed and executed several pioneering projects in Maharashtra.

The Mahareshim Abhiyan conducted in 2017 brought 20,000 farmers into sericulture. in a campaign conducted over two months. This is against 7000 farmers brought into sericulture in the previous 10 years of departmental efforts.

She designed and executed the Samta-RTE campaign which resulted in tremendous growth in students’ enrolment. From 2017 to 2019. This campaign enabled 11000 students of poor families to get admission in reputed schools. Out of the total 3740 students who got admission in 2017 in Maharashtra, her campaign contributed 1740. In the period of 2017-2019 a total of 60,000 families were surveyed and their data was collected and filled online, resulting in 11000 actual admissions.

She has conceptualized, designed and executed the Samvidhan Sakshar Gram campaign involving village level awareness about our Indian Constitution. In the first round held in 2019, 72 Gram Panchayats were taken up for intensive awareness generation and these villages are proud to have developed excellent fraternity among themselves. Fraternity has replaced the inherent casteism, prevalent earlier. The Govt. of Maharashtra has appreciated this campaign and has decided to upscale this to cover the entire state.

She designed and executed the Samtadoot-Swadhar campaign in 2018. This was intended to increase the outreach of the Govt. Swadhar scheme. As a result of this intensive campaign a total of 16928 new students were enrolled in the scheme, as against 7928 students enrolled in 2017 by departmental efforts.

Her campaigns are designed to be complimentary to the departmental efforts and her team acts as a force multiplier.

As Project Director of the Special Cell, she has conceptualized and initiated a training program for domestic workers involving hard competence, soft competence and life competence. This is the first program of its kind in India. This is reaching out to 3960 domestic workers. Another program for strengthening the capacities of Women Self Help Groups has also been conceptualized by her and this is reaching out to the village level SHGs.

She has proven leadership abilities. With a social outlook she devote her energies in ameliorating the conditions of the weaker sections of society. As a poet her writings have inspired multitudes. She has been invited to deliver talks in several forums and my motivational speeches have had lasting impact
Was responsible for the running and maintenance of a shelter home for destitute women. Besides administration, the work involved counselling and resettlement of the women. She has acquired special skill in counselling and have been instrumental in rehabilitating around 172 women during this tenure.

A total of 11500 Trees were planted in the state.1. The total of 80000 Farmers were surveyed by offline in the academic year 2017-18 2018-19.

1. Conducted Constitution Literacy Compaign in 72 villages of 36 Districts.
2. In the year 2020 done with 72000 Tree plantation with the concept of “Ek Haat Madaticha” for those people who lost their family member in covid pandemic.
3. Menstruation management training and counseling program for adolescent girls.
4. Jhalkari Training Program for 100 women for their security and safety.
5. Project Sakhi- Education to Sanitation and Hygiene for women and girls.
6. Give Domestic Worker Training to 3000 women.
7. Arrange Financial Literacy Camp for Mahila Bachat Gat.
8. Prepare 4500 Vikasdooth team for public Awareness.
9. In August 2021 visit to Beghar Nivara (SLUM AREA) was inspected and submitted report to NULM Department.
10. Surveyed 4500 steel workers for Kalika Steel and report submitted.
11. Surveyed of Vermi Composting for Maharashtra and Report Submitted.
12. Collect information about Samaj mandir.
13. Training to 100 Auto Drivers by me.
14. Trained 250 Lady Constables for Life Skills.
