- Designing and implementing impactful programs in menstrual hygiene, environmental conservation, and social research, which have improved the lives of countless individuals and communities
- Conducting a comprehensive survey for the Right to Education (RTE) scheme, which has benefited students from backward classes and contributed to the advancement of educational equity
- Receiving an award from the state government for her contribution towards a survey for farmers in Maharashtra who have silk farming
Was responsible for the running and maintenance of a shelter home for destitute women. Besides administration, the work involved counselling and resettlement of the women. She has acquired special skill in counselling and have been instrumental in rehabilitating around 172 women during this tenure.
